Overhead Shoulder Pulley Frozen Physical Occupatuonal Therapy over door Rehab. Condition is New.
I am a Physical Therapist and this is the pulley set that i make for my patients. Overhead shoulder pulley is the BEST exercise you can do for loss of motion to shoulder. I use overhead pulley for any patient with any upper body injury including low back and neck issues.
I make my pulley using plastic pulley. Do not purchase with a small metal pulley ( nothing but problems). I use wooden handles that vary from 4 to 6 inches in length. THE ROPE COLORS WILL CHANGE DEPENDING WHAT THE HARDWARE STORE HAS ON STOCK.

We lubricate are just through movement. It does not have to be active movement -joints are still being lubicated un passive moveme t as well. Using over head pulley us passive movement. And the BEST thing about using overpulley is that you are controlling your movement. When someone as has your arm, you tense up and guard against the movement. BUT, when you are using the pulley set ,you relax because you know how far you are going to stretch the joint.
